Bollinger Back, Chennai Put In

An unchanged Kochi Tuskers Kerala side asked Chennai Super Kings to bat on what MS Dhoni thought might be a sticky surface, which could help the seamers. That is probably why Chennai brought in Doug Bollinger ahead of Suraj Randiv.

Overcast conditions might have had a role to play in Mahela Jayawardene's decision. Both the sides are coming off wins in their last games.

Kochi Tuskers 1 Brendon McCullum, 2 Mahela Jayawardene (capt.), 3 Ravindra Jadeja, 4 Brad Hodge, 5 Kedar Jadhav, 6 Parthiv Patel (wk), 7 Thisara Perera, 8 Raiphi Gomez, 9 R Vinay Kumar, 10 RP Singh, 11 Romesh Powar

Chennai Super Kings 1 Michael Hussey, 2 M Vijay, 3 Suresh Raina, 4 MS Dhoni (capt. & wk), 5 Albie Morkel, 6 S Badrinath, 7 S Anirudha, 8 R Ashwin, 9 Shadab Jakati, 10 Tim Southee, 11 Suraj Randiv
